Instigator IPA
The Instigator IPA will surprise you with a unique flavor profile for an IPA. Sorachi Ace and Citra hops create a citrusy flavor with notes of lemon grass and dill. This combined with a complex aroma and a subtle bitter finish make for an aggressive, but sometimes necessary drinking experience.

ABOUT THE NAME
In 1859, Akron-area resident and abolitionist John Brown led a raid on Harpers Ferry trying to arm slaves for an anti-slavery revolt. The attack failed and he was captured by none other than Robert E Lee. He was tried, convicted, and hanged. The tensions that arose as a result of this raid are said to have accelerated the start of the civil war.
