ABOUT THE NAME
Joseph and Sarah Mustill Moved their family from England in 1833. They purchased the General Store located at Lock 15. 3 generations of Mustills operated the grocery business until the late 1880s. 50-75 canal boats would pass through Lock 15 everyday making the Mustill Store the busiest grocer in Akron. They were well known on the canal for their fine English Ales. This English Mild represents a style of beer that may have very well been sold by the Mustills and is meant to pay homage to their rich history and tradition.
